Warranty

Section 1

Section 1,2 & 3 describe the warranty of CNC Laser & Router machines only, Section 4 includes warranty for other items (non complete machine) displayed on this website, for other products displayed at other online sites please contact
GLOBAL MOTION TECHNOLOGY
for warranty conditions & information.


Section 2

GLOBAL MOTION TECHNOLOGY Inc. warrants CNC Laser & Router machines against defects in materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, GLOBAL MOTION TECHNOLOGY Inc. warrants this product for (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects only not including consumable parts, parts damaged by user miss use or negligence are not included in this warranty GLOBAL MOTION TECHNOLOGY Inc. will repair or replace faulty parts by new
or refurbish item, installation instructions will be sent to clients to replace the parts,
Labor or installation costs.
Transportation costs to and from the Company's plant location as well as crating and handling costs are not covered under this warranty, technical
support is available by email for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase, after 1 year technical support is limited and subject to extra charge, custom machines are subject to 6 month warranty unless this issue discussed with clients and agreed on before purchase, alternation or modification on products after sales will immediately end the the product warranty and disable our responsibility and liability for the sold product, customer will be fully responsible for this
action,
any alternation should be discussed with us before taking action.   
 

Section 3

Section 2 of  warranty described above applied for online auction items machineries like CNC Laser & CNC Router only.
 

Section 4

GLOBAL MOTION TECHNOLOGY Inc. warrants parts whether sold separately or extra/spare parts for CNC Laser & Router machines against defects in materials for a period of 35 days from the date the goods received by client, parts damaged by user miss use or negligence or wrong wiring are not included in this warranty GLOBAL MOTION TECHNOLOGY Inc. will repair or replace faulty parts by new or refurbish one, Labor or installation costs, Transportation costs to and from the Company's plant location as well as custom charges, custom clearance, crating and handling costs are not covered under this warranty, foreign export charges including custom charges, custom clearance, storage or any other charges occur on a foreign export port or return product at Canada local port is the client responsibility unless invoice or quotation states other than that.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refunds on items are subject to 25% test and restocking fees unless invoice or quotation states other than that.
GLOBAL MOTION TECHNOLOGY Inc. will refund the full price paid on the items purchased directly from GLOBAL MOTION TECHNOLOGY Inc. minus 25% of said amount, in case the items are returned to the Company within 7 days from the delivery date, Quotations are valid for 7 days unless the quote states other than that, Purchase order required for all direct purchase.

Transportation costs to and from the Company's plant location as well as crating and handling costs are not refundable. The product returned must be in new, unused  and saleable condition without damage. It is the customer's responsibility to insure protection against damage during shipping back to the Company's plant.
All the Items crated when shipped from the Company, must be crated again, with all the support blocks and straps in place, to prevent any damage in transport

- All items returned must have RMA (Return Material Authorization) number otherwise it will be ignored as return and sent 
  back to buyer.
- Must arrive at the company's plant no later than 7 days from the date of delivery

Custom and Special Order items or standard items with special modifications ordered by the customer are not refundable.
Extra charges for rush production service are not refundable.
