Lego CNC Kits: Specifications and Details

Our Lego CNC Actuaor kits Lego L1+ , Lego L1, Lego L2, Lego L3 and Lego CB are available in multiple sizes to suit your project needs:

- XY Working Area Sizes: All kits support custom XY dimensions up to 96"x144" for Lego L1 and Lego L1 Plus, and up to 60"x144" for Lego L2.

- Z-Axis Travel: Standard travel distances are 5.75" for Lego L1 and Lego L1+,3.75" for Lego L2, 4" for Lego L3 can be customised to other travel length.

- Gantry Clearance: Gantry clearances vary by model, with up to 14" for Lego L1 Plus, 10" for Lego L1, L2 and L3

Kit Includes:

- Fully assembled gantry with Z-axis.

- Two sides with aluminum extrusion, linear guide rails, bearings, and rack and pinion system.

- T-slot nuts and bolts for secure attachment to your custom-fabricated steel or aluminum table (mountable on top or sides as per your table design).

Important Notes:

- Spindle Compatibility: The front plate is standard (non-machined) and requires additional spindle attachment, to be handled by the end user.

- Mechanical Kit Only: This is a mechanical kit for CNC or other 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 axis machines. It includes the gantry, Z-axis, and components for 3-axis motion but excludes motors, electrical controls, software, and control system hese elements are the machine builder’s responsibility.

- Advisory Only: We provide design consultation but are not involved in final machine design, (electrical control setup, or software are the final user/builder responsibility)
