This website is owned and operated by Global Motion Technology Inc. By using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions, and acknowledge that any information you provide is truthful and that its disclosure does not violate the legal rights of others.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version of these terms will always be available at motiontek.ca/TermsOfUse.html and will display the date of the last revision.

All content on this website including text, images, product specifications, pricing and technical data is the property of Global Motion Technology Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution of any content without written permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

Global Motion Technology Inc. is incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from a purchase shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If you are accessing this website from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Safety Statement

⚠ Important Safety Warning

Assembling electrical CNC components including power supplies, motors, motor drivers and other electrical components involves working with high-voltage AC and DC current. This is extremely dangerous and requires appropriate experience, knowledge of software, electricity, electromechanics and mechanics. Always consult a qualified professional before proceeding.

Global Motion Technology Inc. is not liable or responsible for any accidents, injuries, equipment damage, property damage, financial loss or loss of time resulting from the improper use of any electrical, mechanical or software product sold through this website or any other Global Motion Technology Inc. sales resource.

Global Motion Technology Inc. supplies OEM components to machine builders for use in machines built for their own use or for third-party use. It is the sole responsibility of the machine builder to maintain, certify and ensure that the end-product built from our components complies with all applicable safety regulations and standards in the intended jurisdiction of use.

Warranty Policy

Last revised: January 1, 2026. This warranty policy applies to all products purchased directly from Global Motion Technology Inc. through motiontek.ca or any authorised Global Motion Technology Inc. sales channel.

Individual Parts & Components 35 days from date of receipt Manufacturing defects in materials only
Consumable Parts Not covered Consumables are excluded from all warranty coverage
Parts Damaged by Misuse or Incorrect Wiring Not covered User damage voids warranty immediately
✓ What is Covered Defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal operating conditions during the warranty period. Global Motion Technology Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace faulty parts with new or refurbished components and provide installation instructions.
✕ What is Not Covered
  • Consumable parts (cutting blades, nozzles, lenses, belts subject to normal wear, etc.)
  • Damage caused by user misuse, negligence or incorrect wiring
  • Damage from modification, alteration or disassembly after sale
  • Labour, installation or reinstallation costs
  • Transportation, crating, handling or customs charges
  • Technical support beyond 12 months from purchase date
⚠ Important: Modification Voids Warranty

Any modification or alteration to a product after sale immediately voids the warranty and releases Global Motion Technology Inc. from all responsibility and liability. Any planned modification must be discussed with and approved by Global Motion Technology Inc. in writing before any action is taken.

Warranty service for complete machines sold through online auction platforms (eBay, etc.) is covered under the same terms as Section 3 above for CNC Laser and CNC Router machines only.

For warranty claims or questions contact us. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any product.

Section 4

Return & Refund Policy

All return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Products must be in new, unused and saleable condition with no damage. Transportation costs to and from Global Motion Technology Inc. are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% test and restocking fee, unless the original invoice or quotation explicitly states otherwise. The refund issued will equal the original purchase price minus 25% of that amount.

A purchase order is required for all direct purchases. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless the quotation explicitly states a different validity period.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The information, services and data made available on this website are provided on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes only and without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Global Motion Technology Inc. will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses or claims of any nature resulting from:

Global Motion Technology Inc. respects our customers' rights to personal privacy. We will not disclose any personal or business contact information — including name, address, telephone number or email address — to any third party under any circumstances, unless the customer has expressly authorised us to release it.

Personal information collected through this website is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, providing customer support and communicating about our products and services. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information.

We may store contact form submissions and order enquiries for our records to improve service quality. This data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised staff.
