We ship via UPS Ground and UPS Express to destinations across Canada and the contiguous United States. Carrier selection and service level are confirmed at time of invoicing. Shipments to remote locations (including northern territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore US territories) may be subject to additional surcharges or may require a custom shipping quote.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total shipment weight, dimensions, and destination. The estimated shipping cost shown at checkout is preliminary. Final shipping charges are confirmed on your invoice prior to payment processing. For large or heavy shipments, combined shipping may reduce costs by up to 35% compared to per-item rates — contact us before ordering for the best rate.
A handling fee may be applied to orders depending on shipment weight, dimensions, special packaging requirements, or the nature of the product. Any applicable handling fees will be itemized on your invoice.

In the event of loss, theft, or damage to an insured shipment, the following process applies:
For shipments without insurance, Global Motion Technology Inc. bears no liability for loss, damage, or theft occurring after the shipment has been tendered to the carrier. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase insurance for all high-value orders.
