Products

What products does MotionTek carry?
We carry a full line of CNC machine and motion control components: linear guide rails, ball screws, rack & pinion, timing pulleys & belts, couplings/collars/bushings, cable carrier track, CNC controllers & breakout boards, AC servo & stepper motors and drivers, spindle motors & inverters, power supplies, proximity/limit sensors, plasma torch height control, rotary 4th-axis indexers, ER collets, and CNC CAD/CAM software. See the full product catalogue.
Do you sell linear guide rails?
Yes — SRK and SR linear square rail, linear round rail & track, and linear round shaft & bearing options.
What ball screw options are available?
We stock both rolled ball screws and precision ground ball screws.
What rack & pinion sizes do you carry?
Straight rack & pinion in Module 1.0/1.5 and Module 2.0, plus helical rack & pinion in Module 1.0/1.5.
Do you sell stepper and servo motors?
Yes — Delta AC servo motors and drives, stepper motors and stepper motor drivers, including 3-phase and 5-phase options.
Do you carry CNC controllers?
Yes — Mach3/Mach4 CNC controllers, DB25 breakout boards, handheld controllers (Mach3/Mach4), and single axis controllers.
Do you sell complete CNC gantry kits?
Yes — pre-assembled, Lego-style CNC gantry kits shipped in 6 ready-to-mount parts, available from 24″×24″ up to 120″×240″ working area, with rack & pinion, ball screw, or linear rail drive systems, and stepper or Delta AC servo motor options. See CNC Full Gantry Kit.
Do you have plasma torch height control?
Yes, we carry Plasma Torch Height Control (THC/OHC) systems, along with rotary 4th-axis indexers, ER collets, and CNC CAD/CAM software.
Will your components work together, or do I need to match brands myself?
Our components are supplied as a complete, compatible line — from a single linear rail to a full gantry kit with motors, drives, controller, and sensors — so you can source a working drive system from one shop instead of matching parts across multiple suppliers.

Custom Machines & Services

Can you build a custom machine for me?
Yes. If you don’t see the exact component or machine on our website, ask us — we design and build custom CNC routers, plasma cutters, milling machines, laser systems, pick-and-place machines, and multi-axis automation equipment to your specification. See Custom CNC Machines.
Do you retrofit existing CNC machines?
Yes — we retrofit ageing equipment with modern CNC controllers, servo drives, linear guide systems, and new mechanical components to extend machine life and improve accuracy and reliability.
Can you build custom electromechanical machines?
Yes — complete electromechanical machines controlled by software, microcontrollers, or PLCs, from simple single-axis stages to complex multi-axis systems for industrial automation, medical device manufacturing, and research applications.
Can you help me choose the right components for my build?
Yes — free pre-sales technical consultation. Our engineers help you calculate load, speed, and precision requirements, review drawings, and select the right ball screw pitch, rack module, or motor/servo torque rating before you buy.
Can you help verify compatibility with my existing machine for a retrofit?
Yes — our team can review your existing setup and recommend which controllers, drives, and mechanical components will fit and upgrade it properly. Reach out via Contact Us with your machine details.
